What are the 4 Cs of Peace making?

Peace-making can be explained in two ways. In the first one, it is the intervention or the conflict between prolonged disputes, and in the second one, it is simply making peace. Developing a Christlike character will help in making peace. Social psychologists have identified 4 strategies of peace-making. Let us remember those 4 Cs of Peacemaking. Communication : When two parties are in the middle of a conflict, peace can come through communication. Both the parties can negotiate or bargain and can arrive at a solution or can invite a mediator for the resolution. The third-party mediators can study all the disagreement points of both parties before implementing the settlement. If initiated by the third-party mediators, constructive communication can resolve conflicts in a much more peaceful manner. If the conflicting demands can be replaced with the underlying interests and goals of the parties, the resolution becomes easier. The third-party mediators will always try a win-win situ
